Last season I applied Topik at T2 (usually use Foxtrot earlier), fields where there were a smattering of WO were controlled.
Areas where they were busy waving at you above the crop got knocked about but they shrugged it off.
Can't remember the rate tho

Have put some with some T2s this year, but more for historical reasons, and at £7/acre rather that than spend my days roguing too many oats
