Most farms would be nearer 20k/acre for Red soil around Exeter or Taunton, lots of roll over money

We farmed within a mile of this farm upto 6 years ago, superb ground, used to be heavily involved with swede. Would be a cracking farm, big herd of N Devon cattle ran the ground. Big dairy unit next door would chase I expect.@sidjon
