Hi lads, I have a Ford 7610 that I’ve just put back together after splitting and putting in a new clutch. When I push the clutch pedal down, I have to push for about an inch and then it just flies down to the floor. Is it something simple that I’m forgetting? Has me rightly confused at this stage. Thanks in advance

Wouldn't think so. If it's SQ cab, it's tied in with a safety interlock which prevents you starting with it in gear. Sounds to me like something somewhere is installed the wrong way round. But let's wait till the experts arrive........
Could be, but can’t figure out what it could be
