The drill is a heavy lump but never had an issue lifting. Guy next door has a Lemken 4m folding on a tier 5 manages ok.
stupid question have you got the fan on priority ? And is there plenty of oil in the tank ?
Didn't matter if I was pumping oil to the fan or not as that was the first thing I thought of

Hmmm something doesn’t sound right. I tried all sorts last year. Fendt 720, 6195r and 6250r. They only place the others won was on 6 metre sky drill on loose cultivated ground where it dug itself in. Had I had 710’s or 750’s I think she would have been fine.

I've not got much experience of fendt but the ones I've had on demo have been disappointing the R series are ok but not as good as the older ones . I really like the jcb but it's doing itself no favours just now but I'll have it another 2 yrs at least and hopefully it'll never need to go back in the drill in that time

The field cruises (the ones set at 6 and 9.9 above) actually work extremely well, but only if you set it at a speed the tractor can manage.
In my experience, set it more than 1k more than the tractor can manage and it will just rev up full and go nowhere. If the speed is realistic it will drop the revs, dig in and pull.

I'm rolling this morning so using it between M for turning and auto 2 10k along the field and it's fine it trundles along happy at 1350 rpm but as soon as it gets to a slope up go the revs to and the wheelslip starts so back to M .

It's the same pulling 5 furrow or 3m trio

All pto work is done in rev hold mode

One time l was playing with it ripping on peat ( fairly soft 1 pass) in field cruises the revs keep dropping too much then speed drops, this is how you normally drive a Fendt in tms in this sort of work and it works it out for you.. works good.
So in the far right icon l could gain 2km witch l didn't need ( bit too fast)
Keeps more even revs / speed + l don't think you burn much more fuel against having it stuggle along at low revs this was on flat.
