As the expander is pulled through the clay it leaves a peel effect behind it. Turned up little bits of clay along the mole wall which are pointing downwards if you pull mole plough up hill. These then get washed away. Where as if you pull it downwards the peel effect can allow silt to build up quicker and collapse the mole. Dig a spade into clay and you’ll see it on the clay face. Usually see the peel effect when a digger bucket goes into clay.

so we modified a mole plough to insert alcathene to troughs across fields, we welded a piece of bent scaffold tube to the back of the mole and as you drove down the field and fed pipe through the tube into the ground, if i was looking for a cost effective way of draining i would go with this method with thicker tube so you could feed say 50/60mm perforated into the ground, cover loads of ground and could prob do it with your 6620 weighted up when dry.
As long as you can weight it up enough for traction it'd be ok to pull, you only go very slowly laying drains.

Also when moling straight up a slope try and avoid it and go at an angle as the mole can wash out and blow.
Our smallest tile plough only requires a minimum 4.5 ton tractor! I feel like I've already bugged you about this before though haha.

If you have land with a lot of grade, you can use the machine manually which would be the cheapest route. Our smallest plough (ZD1200) and a bootkit for 80mm tile would be $26,300 USD. We sold a plough to a farmer near the Scottish Borders who purchased our medium-sized plough (ZD1600), with some add-ons for about $35,000 USD, and plans to install a laser system on it. Typically though, the final sale is anywhere from $30,000 up to $60,000 USD.
What's the average farm size in France? We've got a plough in Normandie and just recently shipped another one to La Bigottiere.

I can't answer the OP's question but thought you might like to see the kit that arrived today to mole in the fibre cable down my field for a community broadband scheme here in a remote valley in Wales. According to the operator it can mole through nearly anything including shale,

Easily. My dad only had a Cat D6 during the war and did thousands of acres. Probably only 50HP but being tracked can get the power down on the ground.
