I don't get the opportunity to post on the new toys very often, but the first new tractor in 10 years arrived on Thursday.

Ive a one of them for 2 years now lovely tractor only fault is the turning circle like turning the ark royal

I`ve always altered the steering stop bolts on mine,makes a big difference. (just not too far)

When doing a lot of loader work, do you hitch a front end ,three point linkage weigh frame with weights on to the back end of the tractor to keep the rear end of the tractor firmly on earth the ground.

We,ve done that but lock isnt as good as the125 maxxum

I haven't put a weight on the back yet, but she does feel slightly lighter on the back end than the Massey, I think the loader might be fitted slightly further forward than the 5713.

I only asked as in the past I had some near goes carrying a 600kg bag of fertiliser on the front end loader on a Case 130.

I was going to say any chance it was a quicke!
Our last 1 was like that, felt stable until a certain height then had to watch it.
Got a case badge Stoll just now and it's completely different.

How is that even possible? One would think that a smaller machine should turn tighter than the larger machine from the same manufacturer.

If you do buy a 10ft buckrake for it the first thing you need to do it cut a foot off each side, unless you don’t have any side walls on your pit? Otherwise the only way to roll the sides properly is to keep dropping it off.
