Pollen and nectar strip looking ideal, why can't they all be like that?

Flower rich meadow OK too despite being quite disappointing last year when newly sown.

Some best mate you are, my mate doesn't shear a sheep at home but will come and help me shearing
Well I only have 4 ewes and 6 lambs .... I was worrying about getting them shorn and a mate of mine picked them up last week and shore them for me !

Unfortunately 2 of the ewes were killed by dogs on Sun night 😬😬😬

Finished the field walking. Only one black grass plant this year in this 48acres. It is quite a relief after spending 5 part days a year roguing it for at least the last 5 or 6 years. Overall this year there has been nil black grass in the known hotpots so roguing does eventually win. Winter barley in the background quite a contrast to the spring.

Never good finding water....... 3 feet down and there was a 90mm storm water pipe ffs....

20220628_114337.jpg

planned on using rubber couplers. Fine one end. Other end was the gift that kept on giving....Pipe did a 90° bend . Thought fine. I'll knock the busted fitting off and put a new elbow on. Turns out it a frìģgen T piece. So shoved the pipe on as best I could and tightened up the other end.....And pretended I never saw it...
