I think im pushing really too dry. I know its turning quickly, but some bits on the sandier patches are looking fooked.

I think the combine will be in before 6 weeks.

Annoying isn’t it . Dry spring then rain arriving has set them off

Check for resistance or are they all emerged after the topic

The Topik killed what was there at application but another flush came!

Went through my winter barley spraying off volunteer wheat tonight. It doesn’t look very promising. It’s been knadgered by drought. My spring barley looks better.

Too many for that - machine in FW last week that would cut them would be required but at £95k to buy or £1500 a day to hire I think I'll sort them out next year.

Somebody at YFC once invented a cutter bar driven by a bicycle wheel that you pushed up the tramline. I should imagine 36 m tramlines would make you sweat.
