Would rather milk 180 odd there...But I think it would be some good land and could grow alot of grass. And buildings look good. Would need slurry storage sorted though...

Front drive to the house, back drive straight up to the yard, not sure what the crossover bit is for, front drive looks to be coming out at a bit of a corner so maybe to get you further away from it.
Nice wee paddock in between driveways for a few heifer calves.

Thankyou regards the farm, it’s had continual investment over the years so is in a good position for someone to come in and get the milk flowing immediately.
It’s not quite over the line yet but things are progressing nicely. Hopefully complete August time. Unreal amount of interest, more than we ever expected to be honest.

Great news, was it mainly farmers interested?
A bit of all sorts really. Some neighbours, farmers from further South and some non farming money. It’s gone to a non farmer but it’s going to stay as a Dairy farm and a young local couple are going to get the chance to run it so quite pleased with the outcome.
