What's the info regarding amalgamating existing Mid Tier Agreements into the SFI? The same options, with the same payment rates now appear in both, but the Stewardship payment is still one lump sum , whereas SFI is 3 monthly, making cashflow managemnet easier. Anyone any info? Great planning...

You need to tell them they're pushing your business to the wire with their tardiness. They'll jump then.

Keep complaining, stress "I know it's not your fault, but can I please speak to someone who can help". You should get some joy eventually. Make it plain that their actions are hurting your business and putting you under stress.

They checked and zero queries. Went from not being looked at to done in 2 hours. That's why this whole process is so annoying, it appears they literally can't be bothered. It would be different if it was their livelihoods being threatened.
