    Very difficult to fill in when you have a v poor service. Ours is 2 meg at absolute best but drops out v regularly for several minutes at a time. Would consider a continuous 5 meg luxury.

    Problem last year. The passports were processed but they were totally unaware that they had not been printed and posted. Got them after 7 weeks having applied within a week of birth. As said one rule for some and different for others and no apology.

    Farm assurance stickers expired 30 november . Phoned on 27 november and was told they had been posted first class.Rang again 3 december to be told they would be printed and despatched first class. Still nothing and we pay for this!!!
