Mad year in Sweden.

Spring Rape fungicide ?
It had been very wet last 5 weeks, 250 mm rain . Last 7 days we got 100 mm. Winterwheats is dark with no falling numbers . It is wery littel cut so far . Lot of weeds in crops. -
