The comments section is worth reading too as I believe these policies are going to...
We will, later in the year, be bringing into the UK a new hardwood post, which will last a lifetime.
The timber is coming from a 70,000 acre underwater forest in a lake which was created for a hydroelectric scheme.
We have been harvesting this timber and knowing the poor quality of what...

So four months on from my original post ( please read if you missed it first time) are we just going to hope that the political muddle we are in as a country will just go away.
Surely a party run by proven leaders be they farmers, businessmen, union leaders, head teachers or whoever, can do a...
I take your point but none of these companies were represented in the part of Africa I am trying to bring UK agricultural expertise to. Greatly encouraged that a UK dealer messaged me today asking if he could be of any help so thank you
First day and it was a great show. Really enjoyed it and a great atmosphere. The point I was trying to make was that surely it must be in the exhibitors interests to actually get a sale to pay back some of their investment. I think there are some great dealers who really look after you but it...

I agree its not about getting it cheap but just getting best service but maybe this lack of interest from manufacturers and their dealers is just how it is now?
Are there any suppliers on here who would like to give us some reasons why communication is so bad and any tips on how to get a response?
Would it be preferable for manufacturers to dispense with their dealers and sell direct more cheaply and employ their own service engineers? Seems a great...
Agricultural dealers must be doing very well, and have few concerns over the future, if my experience of LAMMA is replicated by others.
Is nearly three weeks too long to wait for a response from an enquiry at the show?
Of the six manufacturers I spoke to and gave my full details to only one...
I very much enjoyed the show and well set out and nice to be inside. A very positive feel to the place too and I thought a good selection of kit ( other than the tractor manufactuers)
