it's been a long time since messing with LH5000, but still run 2 units on spreaders. you should be able to do 12 sections in total. Assuming you have a boom interface box which is black and has 2 rocket switches on it, auto/manual and dose up/ dose down, which plugs into the system A plug...
phil, I have used the seedhawk twin opener. It does leave a slightly wider row of plants, but moves more soil, and therefore encourages more blackgrass to grow. It takes more pulling than the narrower tips, but didn't plug, and had better seed placement and depth, because of the bottom plate...
No news on a fix for the problems we are experiencing with .shp file export as far as I know. v 3.20 has not made it this far yet.
Anyone else running V 3.20 on their Topcon x30's?
The coverage maps are imported into the same program using the same format, from the same Topcon x30. the maps can be correct, or incorrectly imported with a random offset. Any program used to import the shp files created by the Topcon x30 will show the same fault. Topcon x30 export a shp. file...

The problem still persists, even after following your guidance on saving the jobs. I have saved jobs in and out of the field, and used wizard, and saved manually. The 2 jobs in pink were both saved in the field the larger field by wizard, the smaller 1 to the south manually. The northern job...
The best system was MF Fieldstar, and never been bettered in term of usability and functionality on the office software, to handle weed flags. A bit yesterday.
In my experience, Topcon nor RDS (Topcon) cover this feature at all well. The X30 doesn't export the flags with the job and leaves them...
Hi Rob
The problem has been in Chris Limb's 'lap' for a couple of months now. To be told it is not a Topcon problem is a load of rubbish, and there is always the line ' your the only one with the problem' so it's supportive to hear from Iricsi. I too have tried a number of shp. file viewers to...
Is anyone else having this problem when importing coverage maps from Topcon X30? The coverage map is not correctly georeferenced, and so when it is imported into an office program, in this case farmworks, it is not displayed in the right place. As you can see from the screen shot it is a random...
@mgriffin4024 I use farmworks to create shp. files which can be exported to a Topcon x30, this is linked to the drill controller via RS232 to vary the seed rate according to the prescription map loaded onto the x30. your professor is right in suggesting to use at least 3 perspectives. You need...
Hi Dan
I assume so. Put it this way, it never has not, and has been stored undercover all its life. It looks a bit green because there is a tree over hanging the loose box it has been in for the last year.

Dan
I've now got some pictures of the 300e suckerblower for sale. It has 80ft of cable, and electric socket to fit the plug, if you are still interested.
Nick
Yes, I've got an electric one for sale in west Oxfordshire. It has seen a few years of faithful service, and will be priced accordingly. I can post some pictures, but not tomorrow.
