    Iolo Owen (Easycare pioneer) dies.

Only BBC Cymru has reported this so far but Iolo Owen, the breeder/pioneer of the Easycare breed has died aged 92. Iolo was somewhat a mythical Welsh character and I'm sure there'll be a void in Ynys Môn and Wales following his passing. Condolences to the Owen family...

    Welding masks

Soon to be for sale in the middle aisle of Lidl next week. Not sure if this is something you'd want to buy from Lidl but every Parkside product that I've bought from there to date has been excellent quality.

    Bovine TB

Well worth watching, even without subtitles you'll be brought close to tears. One can only hope that this hard, emotional and graphic reality shocks WAG and the public into thinking that it's about time the spotlight (and bullets) move on to the wildlife side of things, as part of a holistic...

How many of you block rights of way?

I wouldn't have thought so but you could be right. It was already there when we bought the place and I'm not aware of the previous owner and neighbour having a need for access.

How many of you block rights of way?

Are the presence/rights of way of a public footpath documented on land registry title deeds or would it be the local authority maps that would be regarded as definitive? Reason I ask is there's a small wooden gate on the boundary of one of our fields that has a 'footpath look' to it, which I'd...

A step in the right direction?……

Yes there is and that's hopefully where it shall remain. With the sheer number of lives that have been lost and affected due to coal mining over the years, I'm not sure whether we were blessed or cursed with it. Even if coal mining resumed in Wales, guaranteed the license (and profits!) would...

    House painting issue .....

As @Adeptandy said going over the walls with sand paper will give you a good key for the paint to bond to. Doesn't need to be all meticulously sanded just one pass to 'rough it up' by hand should suffice. Sorry for asking the obvious, but if you washed the walls down with sugar soap, did you...

    Fencing cost

As it is a new agent you're dealing with, do you have before and after photos of the place/work to be able to show him/her? No doubt the agent will be more concerned with the pounds, pence and shillings but as supporting evidence some photos, or even Google Earth time loop screenshots, might be...

    Prices coming down?

Off- topic, but please be careful when considering BTLs. I'm in that game and it's not the sweet deal it once was. If it wasn't for the hammering that I'd get in CGT, I'd be tempted to sell. Not sure what I'd replace them with, but there's got to be far easier ways of making money than dealing...

    Christmas Shopping Crazy?

I wish that was the case 😂 The worst thing was that the turkey didn't smell off at all. But I had campylobacter from a turkey that my batsh1t crazy gran cooked (not very well) when I was a child....I don't want to relive that experience ever again. Still feel bad for being wasteful with meat though.

    Christmas Shopping Crazy?

Looks like Christmas shopping trip #2 for this muppet due to the fridge temperature containing the turkey and prawns having gone above 10°C for two days 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 What a tw@
