From now on, you should recover last year's configuration, i.e. use again satellites 123 and/or 136.
No more changes are foreseen in the near future.
Anyway, it is advisable to keep an eye on the EGNOS User Support website, as changes in the satellites occur from time to time...
You shouldn't use 136 until 16 March, as its messages are not reliable while being in test mode. See current status here:

Actually, the best recommendation is to enable the two operational satellites in each period, i.e.:
16th January - 26th February: PRN 136 and PRN 126
27th February - 22nd March: PRN 123 and PRN 126
From 24th March on: PRN 123 and PRN 136
A simpler recommendation would be just to add PRN 126...

Perhaps you just refer to the fact that JD doesn't own the whole satellites but only payloads on board third-party satellites?
