Caravan has been there for years. Nit good enough sleep in. But as uts been there a while I belive there is something called permitted development. My wife mentioned it. Same as the iso containers and the shed. We can replace them with something the same size/shape. I might be wrong.

Haha I didn't even see the strimmer. There is an unused well there that is fenced in and the weeds and brambles were all over it. Maybe they used it for that. Saying that if they used the strimmer for the whole land I'm glad they charged us 5k lol 😆.

We did consider moving down. We love the area and a change would be nice. Just not sure having the land there is enough to up and move 300 miles.

Bit of a dead end really. It's my wife's and brother in laws land to be honest. They Inherited from there late farther.. I did say that they might have to sell it if all they are going to do is throw money at it.

Yes I think your right. Spraying will need to be done.. how much would you say that would cost if you knew.

We have been thinking about what we could do. But if we do camping etc we would need someone down there to tend to it for us. I.e rubbish shutting gate. Generally looking after it. Probably not enough money to be made from it.

There is a fence around by the road. Might need some mesh up etc to stop them from sticking there heads through. There is a well there that we are hoping to get back up and running. And plenty of cover on the 2 small wooded areas. Barb wife on the back end of the field that separated both bits...
