Will the higher tank not push the slurry into the lower one due to the difference in top height? Making the lower one overflow

The highest 1 is only a foot above the lowest 1, want it all to drain into 1 for emptying so not sucking 2 tanks out

What would you suggest using ?

Looking for a sluice gate type of idea to go on a 600mm twinwall pipe that we are useing to join two tanks up that are at different height, any idea we’re to get such thing are I other ideas off how to join them? Cheers

We have a concrete story approx 60ft by 60ft Square it is made of pre cast panels fastened to H beams and stands approx 6feet out of the ground as well as being below ground. We want to cover this to reduce rain water getting in and always planned to extend the H beams and put a roof over...
