As mentioned check the wiring and plugs going into the auto3 under the r/h step.
The yellow feed wire is prone to corrode.

652 relates to no 2 injector but there is multiple fmi codes.
You will need to get a computer on the tractor to see the active fmi
Might be worth checking around the top of the engine that no plugs have become loose or disconnected on the injectors or engine ecu
Check the basics first that your power and earth points are all clean and no signs of damaged or rubbed wires causing the fuse to pop.
Next as Audi90 has mentioned get a computer put on the tractor to see what codes it has been bringing on.
These will all be saved on the engine ecu.
As you say it's is usually to do with trans temp.
But I have seen it flashing on tractors that weren't charging correctly.
If it's still doing it go into the l/h screen and see what the battery fill is sitting at
