A mains electric fencer. The wire is 1-2 inches above the grain walls all round. Across the floor in front of the heap, 3x2 wood with the wire on insulators raised 1-2 inches up, connected with a lead to the wall top wire

So the flame is constant. Not high and low. Sounds like you need to increase the Plenum Temp setting to be above your grain target temperature

Is this a DCM Control box, or manual with the two guages?

I used a length of plastic rainwater gutter for a calibration tray on a Unidrill like that. Absolutely hopeless to calibrate that type of drill, never got any consistency of rate, over and under sowing all the time. I gave up an fitted an Accord air seeder hopper which is perfect every time.
