Michael Gove and the Conservatives did this.

Yes - i remember Blair saying that, according to Government research that, "they expect the number of immigrants to peak at around 30,000 before the numbers drop away"

Michael Gove and the Conservatives did this.

The Conservatives, these days are the right-wing of the Labour Party. Too many members of the legal profession, and people with degrees in PPE from Oxford, in ALL the parties - they are just clones.

    All things Dairy

Always put's a smile on my face - calves born October to the end of winter, as soon as the shed gate is open, they head for the leafy green stuff, and even though all they've eaten up to then has been in a bucket/trough,rack, they jusy know they can eat it. had to eat, up to then is from a bucket

£25k to start a livestock enterprise...

Stick my neck out..... find out if any friends of hers have started "keeping a few cows - just 'cos they'll kook nice". ALSO - ask her if she''ll be happy going out in the stormy winter weather to feed , muck out etc. But then again - if she's happy to do the dirty work, she'd already have...

Wales 20mph speed limit in every town

I distinctly Drakeford justifying the 20 mph speed limit by saying it would save the NHS in Wales "60 million over 10 years". Looks as if that 60 mill won't get near the NHS.

Welsh Sustainable Farming Scheme AND Protests

If you read about him on Wilkipedia, it has him down as being one of tha MP's who nominated Jeremy Corbyn as Leader of the labour Party. Says it all, in my view.

    Banana shortage

A shortage might be due to the fact that Asda is being badly managed ever since it's been taking over by the 2 brothers who owned petrol stations all over the place. Apparently, debt repayments are around 440 mill, with profits around 250 mill.

    Oregon shutting down small farms

It looks good on paper - BUT the senedd in Wales was set up so that the MP's worked normal hours, i.e no late afternoon starts/ late evening finishes like Westminster, which made it more family friendly, and look at what a right shower it all is.

Why Are Young People Not Learning Trades/Skills?

The process of dumbing down exam results started, from my experience, in the 70's. The year i sat my 'O' levels , there were 5 pass grades - A = 75+pts, B = 70-74pts, C = 65-69pts, D= 60-64, and the minimum pass was E 55-59pts. The following year the pass grades were reduced to 3 - A = 70+...

    Overdraft Interest Refund

i was watching "The Martin Lewis show" on Itv, a few weeks ago, and the Financial regulators have been made aware that Customers, when buying cars, were automatically offered finance at a higher rate, earning the salesman/car dealer extra commission. It's going to be like the PPI scandal from a...
