Following!
For hedge trimming in the winter I ran a cable down from the cab lights(we only have 2 up there but functioning wiring for 4) as the wiring was there but not live like you by the sounds.
I fitted some solid tyres to the wheels used for transport from @Terry Elsey Tyres
Also now have a leaf blower and especially now we have a new one endeavouring to blow down every day/2 days, difficult if topping is done on a wet day!
Oh we run it on a 150hp tractors which is plenty most of the time but big hills or on margins and stewardship stuff could easily do with an extra 100hp but good thing when you’re crawling in the above you are at least covering the ground.
Thanks for the mention!
Had a Spearhead for 8 or so years built like a outhouse previous owner was a big contractor so didn’t have a easy life, very little went wrong but of a problem with pto shafts. Other than that just wear and tear blades, mushrooms and skids.
Served us well would cope...
What does he do @puntabrava mentioned putting hours on, I’ve heard (probably lost in translation!) tractors left ticking over. Does he buy in bulk hire/sell till 400 hrs then sell them as individuals at a higher rate than purchase?
I’ve read your thread, what’s this to do with paint job?!:scratchhead::rolleyes:
I like it (don’t like the wheels that colour) helps I love the colour, nearly every car of mine has been black.
