Just a comment, i had a gas pipe put under my land a few years ago. I had an agent paid for by the contractor, fine. Spoke to my neighbour after the work was completed, he had no agent, did everything his self. He finished with more compensation than me.

It looks just like my 4000, I bought it new in 1972 K reg. It is still going strong starts first time every time. Done 16000 hours. Nothing major done to the engine, one clutch change. Done lots of jobs with me driving and i am not deaf, only selective hearing!

How did they get pp with out going on the land? I refused access in these circumstances because they have to determine the water table, any rare birds,bats, voles etc. Negotiate the best bet.
