Have a look for some alfa laval , delaval duo vacs, we used to have them in our old parlour, hooked on to vac line and plugged in to vacuum and plug on to milk line. Self contained unit with their own pulsator. Worked well enough for 30 yrs, simple no electrics
Got the above parlour looking for a new home, 50mm milk line, 50mm vacuum, 4 duovacs,4 mm25 milk meters(one works but can't fit sampler), 4 clusters,4 jet washers(jetters) vac pump,milk pump and liquid level control for receiver jar.
We used to leave the tank on manual for the compressor and ice Bank and it was just wired through a time switch, same as an emersion heater. Just set the times to suit cheap rate power
