Due to cutting our own herd back to only breeding stock, we will have cattle grazing for up to 150 head of suckler cows or around 300 head of youngstock.
Can only offer it for this year, at the moment.
Open to discussing options on what stock we take and how we charge e.g. per head/day or...
I can't claim subsidies. Landlords claim all the sub, I get cheap rent. Unless I have misunderstood something?
Any grazing would be on a yearly grazing licence, as most is around here, unless you own it, which makes it almost impossible to claim subs.

Not sure if they would lend it to me, I've only been mucking about with farming as an overgrown hobby until now, so don't have a business history behind me as such.
So to resurrect this thread - on a year to year basis, this opportunity stacks up well and would be a profitable enterprise.
Where I'm stuck is the bit that others have pointed out would be a challenge, and what I kind of knew already - cashflow/repaying capital.
