    It sounds like yours is a different flail head than our PA93 but we have changed bearings without any problems, there maybe some shims involved to make sure bearing housing are aligned, all parts manuals are on Mcconnell website and will give you a good idea of what's involved

    Ours only has one each end, but I think there were slightly different flail heads (maybe depending on year) we found out there were different options when replacing the drive coupling

    10-12 pumps in each rotor bearing every day, PA93, same machine for 20 years, it did have new rotor bearings about 10 years ago when it was dismantled to replace drive coupling, we found one of the bearings was cracked so replaced them both.
