Lovely natured, well socialised bitch pup. Both parents have great temperaments, are large dogs and great workers that will go all day. Wormed and well reared. Dorset based.
I have some spare grazing and the dairy across the river have approached me to graze their heifers over the spring and summer. I’m really keen but have no idea what the going rate is.... advice please [emoji4]
This is something I’m really interested in. I used to use a Dorset on my mules and part from being massive they made great ewes.
What percentage of ewes took the first time round, and what did they wean?
Then how many took to the ram the second time round and how did they scan?
What amazed me was how upbeat they were generally - human endurance and adaptability is incredible.
But I couldn’t help but feel incredibly sad about the state of society today - that is not what they fought for.
