Also check the alternator wires - the smaller one has a habit of breaking inside the insulation - oh and whilst you're under the bonnet check the wiring to the positive stud on the cab bulkhead.

unbolt the seat rails lift the top off, take off the access panel and with a squirty bottle of dilute Fairy liquid spray the pipework then operate the seat, if you're lucky and the pipe(s) have chafed, a couple of 4mm push fit connectors and a sharp knife will sort the job out. Done it many...
