I currently have 380 85 r28 front tyres on 12 inch rims. I am upgrading and going to put 420 85 r28 on front. I have 18.4 r38 / 480 85 r28 on back. On 17inch wide rims. What is the widest I can go on back? Tia

Many tyre dealers have agreed that a 420 will fit on the rim

The correct size that should be on is 380 85 28. I have 12.5 inch wide rims

I currently have 380/85/28 sized tyres on the front of my tractor and am going to change them to 420/28. Would changing the profile of the tyre to a 70 give and benefit for example speed,grip,how it feels on the road. Or would it do any harm with 4wd etc?
