We use a tmk300 on a Kubota 8t machine. It's brilliant, it doesn't like oak, but most other woods handles nicely.
We have two aux lines so the shear on one and a tilting headstock on the second makes the machine incredibly useful.
If I was buying another, they do it with a collector, great for...
I was always told compressor oil. They are useless, mine wore its piston rings and they can’t supply only the rings so it’s a whole new compressor if it stops blowing off eventually!
I did 3 seasons with a knight trailblazer 5200. It was generally a great machine, boom good, travelled pretty well for size, auto section control, auto fill, auto boom levelling.
Had a few problems in that time
But nothing too major, pump is under specced for size of machine in my opinion and...
Will check size later. They are Michelin Xeobibs I think. We had the Michelin rep out, filled it up with 4000l, he weighed each corner and told us 12psi is the lowest I could go and still do 40k on the road. I run at 14 as I felt it’s a little safer turning on some of our steep side banks!
What pressure are you running at? I’m on 600’s on my 35 running at 14psi, I have a 24m contour boom so a little lighter than you but even in poor conditions I wouldn’t say it makes that much mess.
I can’t comment on using it through the JD link system but we have the MRTK modems on the back of our sf3000 receivers and they are good but can loose signal under tree lines and in lowest part of valleys.
It will definitely affect it. Most sprayers of that age have a set of magnets on a disc on the axle, these pass an electro magnet which sends a pulse to the controller.
Usually you would be required to travel 100m with the computer counting the pulses I’ve that distance and therefore giving a...
