We’ve a ed300/100 5 furrow with full set of discs and press arm picks 6r155 picks it up no problems at all. Have maybe 1300kgs on the front. I think you need to shove weight out a bit farther but then you’ll need wheels weights to balance up for grip when plough in ground.
We did on last loader tractor trellborgs lasted 2000 hours ceats 1000 hours and Nokias still 60% left after 2000 hours when we sold it. Definitely would use them again but I’d also fit on back they a bit harder and maybe cause a little wind up.
They were a serious trade. A good show of cattle Though. And I’m sure there are plenty now wishing they’d not cut back the cow numbers. Let’s hope fat price stays or better rises cause at the trade today it’s no going to be an easy ride
Caithness ain’t all that bad we can grow good crops have great people long beaches with hardly a soul on them. Mind you today isn’t great 40-50 mph winds horizontal rain about 30 mm in last 24 hours. But I wouldn’t swap it for Essex.

M57 onto a standard 6 speed Land Rover it’s a 2012 110 defender. Old engine lasted till 180k so did ok really. Been a fair job to get it running. Buts going and goes like a rocket. Brother can’t wait to get a full load o sheep on the back see what she can do
