Hitachi are one of the funders we use, probably sit top end of tier 2 lenders in terms of rates and pretty solid all round. They will take a view on most asset types and underwriters are open to discussion.

On the cusp of being something typically financeable being 2006, funders would normally look at up to 15 years at end of term in isolation. Could look at 2 year terms for anyone needing requiring it though (y)
