Has anybody experience of this? Presumably rye needs vernalisation? Are there spring varieties etc?
When would it mature and what would it yield?
specifically for ad Wholecrop so I’m not too worried what might be “better”!

In some parts of the world this seems to be a legit way of storing grain, very flexible, but surely rodents are a problem and clipboards would have a problem with it?
