Don't buy a Deutz then, can't get a bid second hand.

The engine in our deutz is poor, the one in the merlo is ok but no better than the Perkins. Parts are ridiculous prices, and both use more fuel than the same sized alternatives we have. Deutz engines are over rated in my opinion

And if the machines and parts were priced competitively in the market.

Deutz could buy all the dealers up the amount they charge for parts.

Would die out in first year with disease and not seed because of no vernalisation, so no point?

Does any one know if a positive TB case in an LFU in the low risk 4yr testing area will trigger a 3Km radial testing on surrounding (none LFU) farms? I think the LFU's are exempt if the situation was reversed (none LFU within 3Km of the LFU has a TB breakdown), but I am not sure if it works both...
