If I remember correctly it's a Cork type gasket. It just shrinks. Bold holding plate will only be finger tight.

PTO clutch probably just wants adjusting. This can be done from underneath by removing the plastic cover.

The rubber's on these doors were moulded as one piece and are currently not available new. I think you can buy it per metre and cut to fit but very difficult to get it to fit correctly. We have just rebuilt a 1494 and hunted high and low for good door rubbers

Mtx is a good solid basic tractor. Trying to find a low hour example will be your biggest problem. Excellent engine well proven gearbox which like any other brand does not like abuse. Clutch packs good for high hours if your sensible with it. Hand brake wont tolerate being driven with it left...
