UPVC door and frame, just fitted one in one of our rental cottages, purchased it 2nd hand on ebay for £ 150 with two double glazed panels with decent air space between panes. No more rot, no more painting. Old hard wood door just could not take the rain and sun. Save the planet and recycle...

Red Tractor review ? How ?

Unfortuately RT is not providing any premium for the good work done by UK farmers. Unless the consumer pays a premium for RT certified goods there is no valid reason to have it.

    1st Experience with Electric Car

EV batteries are improving fast, lighter, faster charging, smaller, higher recharge interval. What is the resale value of old EV technology in 4 years time? Poor ROI.

    RHI System Heat Meters .

Sad scam, waste of good equipment and money. If the meters are so poor quality, then why not make a very minor adjustment to the repayment rate. I do not think they are poor quality or drift off correct calibration, it is simply a waste of world resources.

Thank you everyone for pointers and suggestions, I checked the pressure vessel today and lo and behold water came out instead of air, so suspect that the rubber bladder is split or leaking, will get replacement pressure vessel 400 litre. And see what happens.

    Water leak underground,help.

Good point, will check the borehole pump, as it is located in a field 500 metres away from the holding tanks to see if it is also running continiously. It is difficult to see usage at the holding tanks as there are electrical trigger floats on the holding tanks that activate the borehole pump...

    Water leak underground,help.

Should have added that we are on brash with plenty of limestone and free draining due to hill location so leaks do not show and walking over fields show no muddy patches or especially green areas.

    Water leak underground,help.

Sorry to not have explained clearly, we have a borehole that pumps water to holding tanks, no problem there. Then booster pump from holding tanks to the network system of many pipes to troughs in fields and various buildings including farm house, about 30 different end points. The system was...

    Water leak underground,help.

Thank you everyone, I really need a company that can find what must be a relatively small water pressure leak, the water pressure at the pump drops, which then triggers the pump to run again. I suspect it is a pipe joint that has been stretched due to land movement during the dry weather. We...
