Sorry, I meant purchases etc at the overseas destination. I went to overseas a few years ago and my (ex) accountant wasn't very forthcoming in letting me claim for certain things.

Is the tour overseas? If its UK based, then everything would be claimable if done correctly. But overseas, you wouldn't be able to claim VAT as it wouldn't be charged. But could claim back the equivalent at customs I think but not sure of the process.

Is your claim for multiple parcels Sam? I sent a claim in yesterday (1st time) and my email had all the details on but its just for one parcel/ field but I didn't label all the photos. This is for fencing FG3.

Paid today. Went to final checking and then to preparing for payment in about 48 hrs. Very surprised (and grateful!) to see I had some money in my account when paying invoices this afternoon!
