    Zero grazing.

I’d much rather they went and got their own, but it’s bailing me out of a forage short fall from the dry summer. An hour out of my day, every day, diesel, maintenance, depreciation etc. The maths I can’t get my head round, is if it’s cheaper to zero graze outlying land, rather than silage it...

    Zero grazing.

Just landed another 50 acre which will help my forage shortage ……. (Starts mumbling to himself, Please stay dry, Please stay dry, Please stay dry….) It’s short but good stuff. Will see what the bull tank says in the coming days.
