Thinking of getting some as just have urea in the shed, have you used it before?

When I priced some earlier in the year. The difference in prices was massive. Ranged from £6k to over £10k

Who’s insurance covers that, theirs I assume?

Limited company, if it goes tits up, as long as they haven’t done anything illegal, just walk away, personal assets don’t come in to it.
