Have you heard that the 28 day permitted development rules have been extended? Landowners in England have now been given the green light to accept tents, without planning permission, for 56 days per calendar year until 31 December 2021.
It's a good option for new farm sites to test the waters...
It’s a bit of a grey area but the legislation refers to “land”, suggesting separate areas of land may be able to enjoy their own periods. We do have owners that take advantage of different 28- or 56-day periods on different ‘parcels’ of land like the ones you’ve described.
