Hi I’m looking for a gearbox for an old Taarup 326 mower, does anyone know of any breakers yards I could phone, not having much joy finding anything on the internet.
Thanks
Iain
Yes ours is a different quick hitch, I believe it was massey Ferguson’s own quick hitch designed for the 885 loader, the locking system is a very poor set up and now that it’s a bit worn can burst out.
That’s an 815 loader? Is the bale spike bracket made like that to make up for lack of crowd travel? That’s another area I was hoping to get an improvement on.
Yes agree with that, it’s all too far away. Very clumsy and unstable when you have a bit of weight on and also puts a lot more strain on the front axle than would be with a proper loader. I tend to leave it off the tractor unless I really need it so I think if I had a less clumsy loader I’d...
Thanks, would the 4200 series be much different? Would it be a major to alter to suit? Also would any other manufacturers have similar bracket mountings? Not wanting to start into major fabrications but could do some. Or would you have any recommendations of where to look for a suitable loader...
Is the 880 not just the 885 without the self levelling? Yes I would have thought there would be plenty Quicke loaders about but the brackets seem to be the problem. Probably lots gone for export and been scrapped.
