    Dexta/ Major Key switches

Can anyone suggest a supplier or substitute for the absolute junk Dexta/Major key switches being offered these days. I rewired my super Dexta a couple of years ago. All was working well but the key switch has no click between the positions any more. These import offerings are just junk. My...

How did you drive a Standard Fordson?

Std. N's didn't have starter motors. Although many had replacement engines fitted when ford was producing the E27N which did have a starter motor option. Even if you had the later engine with starter motor mounts you couldn't fit a starter motor to a std. N Because they use a different flywheel...

Could it of been a 4.270 they were an L4 with direct injection which made them start good. L4 were a bit lazy especially in cold weather. I have a e27n with L4 and one with 4.270 also currently working on a e27n half track with P6.

    Dealer stickers from yesteryear.

That Robert Hudson sticker reminded me, I went for a job there many years ago. One of the guy's doing the interviews couldn't wait to get home quick enough, as they were doing the interviews after 5pm. He left, and the remaining chap said he wasn't very dedicated .... not long after, the place...
