I think the best people to help us fight the vegan movement are ex vegans. There are loads of their stories on youtube about all the health problems they had which they have improved by going back to a normal diet or even carnivore diet. This is a good example,

We can't seem to get pass 390 milk solids/ cow. This is worked out over peak cows milked (basically yearly milk solids produced divided by cows milking at start of mating period.) Also we dry off the whole herd before Christmas and start calving 1st March so lose out some production there...
