Arlas communication is very poor compared with what it was. I've spoken to 2 reps recently both say they are struggling to get the message through. Whilst I think it looks a touch un professional, needs sometimes must.

Cow manager.... There's more maintenance to it than I expected, lose more tags than I'd like more fail prematurely than I'd like, it gives you a little anxiety because you can't get away from your problems even for an hour or two. But it's exceptional, we're an 11,000 litre herd last vet...
