I thought as long as pulleys are perfectly in line with each other and shaft are parallel everything would be good This is not urgent so plenty of time to get it sorted Thanks for replies

Something to be thinking about but as I see things if pulleys are perfectly parallel and they will be set permanent domed pulleys will not be needed Accurate drilling will be needed

I have mentioned there’s a local reputable one man band small engineering firm I should consult with him what I need to do to make pulley This is wrong site to ask about casting but then again perhaps it is
