From memory, we just plugged the Amatron isobus loom into the tractor cab iso socket and it was away.
You need to decide which screen is going to be responsible for being the main operating terminal ( UT 1) and set it up that way .
That is,either the tractor screen or the Amatron.
Yeah, Digital is fine until you want to flip through it to find settings etc.
Give me a book any day.
If you register on My Kuhn you can load up your Kuhn machines and download Operators manuals, parts etc.
Not much help when you've got bales out everywhere.
I hate new machines...
No, generally pretty much even give or take a turn or two.
Had a 3135 FBP Film Binding unit that always ran out one side earlier than the other. Never did get to the bottom of it.
Yours is a later model and will probably have the newer hydraulic valve block.
Check the OC/CC selector screw is screwed right out for C/C
Wouldn't be the first time one has turned up here with it wound in.
Couldn't find any settings in the Service or Dealer menus that would alter Film Arm down settings.
Myself, I think you need more oilflow.
Try giving it some more oil over and above your calibrated value.
Seriously, if you can spare an hour, get your Hydraulic man out and get the tractor fitted...
If you’re calibrated at 100% and all the other wrapper functions are working correctly, then it could possibly
be as @d williams has suggested that the “ knife arms down” setting needs extending .
I can plug ours in tomorrow and look at some settings in the Service Menu.
If you're running on a SCV you may need to increase your oil flow slightly.
Sounds like the knife arms aren't getting enough oil before the next function begins.
Your wrapper has arrived and configured for Load Sensing hydraulic connection.
You can plug it in like that providing you have Load Sensing/Trigger line feed plumbed on your tractor. You won't need to calibrate the oil flow for wrapping speed as the machine will take what it needs.
If you haven't...
Goweil are a year plus into their second Generation G1 F-125 baler here with quite a few mods and seem to be going ok.
Any end users here with first hand experience?
Thanks for that update.
Our two were some of the first Gen 6 models and at that stage they were having problems with the digital/analogue compatibility running through the new model camera controllers.
Ours have had to be upgraded and now work fine with our existing analogue cameras.
