Remove dpf inners and remap. It’s a common problem, Isuzu aren’t much help. Lee Hare on the Facebook Isuzu owners group can sort you out.

Had the same issue with an Isuzu Dmax, tried additives and giving it a blow out, but not a long term solution for me. Removed the inners of the dpf and remapped. Be good so far.

Struggling to read the serial number, is it printed anywhere other than behind the front wheel?
