    Sucklers on cubicles

Bed lengths 8’6” Scrape passage 10’ Cubicle width 3’11” I think the cranked neck rail is definitely worth the little extra, it’s easy to adjust to get them laying in the right position.

    Sucklers on cubicles

Well took the plunge, went for condon engineering flexi cubicles, they were the strongest I managed to find. really happy with them, all cows bar one went in without any problems. The biggest cows are 900+kg.

Calving to bulling interval and Synchronisation

Did it for the first time last year, had a few out of pattern due to a bull injury. It worked a treat on most.

    Calf with bent tail

Seems to be doing ok, fingers crossed no deformities internally. It’s a bull so will probably go as a store, if not finished.

    Sucklers and plastic cubicles??

What’s peoples experience with sucklers in the flexi cubicles? Will they just abuse them and bend them out of the way? Cheers

    Ai in the field??

I ai outside in a pen on some ground that’s away from farm. They get a tinkle of corn a week before we start and they soon come charging in. I turn a teaser bull with a chin ball on to pick up heats, seems to be working well.

I’ve been using Denizes Hamish on my heifers for the last couple of years, popped the odd head out but no big pulls.
