Independent Connection Provider for 3-phase Electric Supply

Thank you. He's not on the list, but I will contact him. Western Power want to dig up the road (9 foot wide),involving a £2000 road closure, which I would have bored under. One problem is that WPD won't let you mix and match from their quotes, so unless Pete Hirons can do all the work required...

Independent Connection Provider for 3-phase Electric Supply

It's supposed to be a competitive market, and it's not that at all in reality, is it?

Independent Connection Provider for 3-phase Electric Supply

I've had a look at some of the 'approved' companies and they all seem to be massive companies that probably wouldn't want to be assed with a job costing merely a few tens of thousands, which is my case.

Thanks. I thought this would be the case, but anything to try and reduce a few tens of thousands bill.

Independent Connection Provider for 3-phase Electric Supply

I've got a quote from Western Power for a new, three-phase electric supply to my grain store. About 20% of the quote value has to be done by them, but I can get an approved Independent Connection Provider to quote for the other 80%. Has anyone any recommendations for companies they have used to...

    Winter linseed

Haven't really got BG on the farm, as rigorously rogue out any we find that have come in from local farms, presumably by birds etc. But the ones in my linseed had almost entirely come in the certified seed as they were all in the row, none between rows. My comment about BG is more from seeing...

    Winter linseed

It looks similar stage to mine on which we used glyphosate last Friday. But I was told it was already a bit late, as the leaves have all gone I think.

    Winter linseed

The same here. Date and rate. No rubbish to speak of, and as you said for the crop stage, and being a bit late too, as leaf nearly all gone. Although we've been able to control most weeds, winter linseed is clearly not a crop to help with blackgrass control, but have rogued them out of it...

Thank you so much. I'm greatly encouraged. Lovely drone pic too.

    Winter linseed

Just drilled my winter linseed for the first time. I've replaced half my OSR area with it. Not only is CSFB a big problem, but also massive damage from partridge from a neighbour's shoot. I know both crops are prone to pigeon damage, but can anyone tell me if partridge will go for the winter...
