i bought a Duncan renovator mark 3 after the the rye failure I've wheat to go into oats stubble that had a lot of grass weeds in it, burnt it down friday im not brave enough to do it direct drill with the Duncan might give it a few runs with a disc to be sure ive enough tilth for the wheat seed

more seed soil contact with min till or cultivator drill rye is a hard crop to establish i think
