HRH Prince of Wales to guest edit Countryfile

Now I've said and defended HRH on another forum, that Prince Charles is a fantastic supporter of family farming, hill farming and a voice for the silent rural minority in this country.

I understand the BBC have him as a guest editor of Countryfile for one edition

This might follow on from the annual event of guest editors of all persuasions who edit R4 Today programme between Christmas and New Year

Some of HRH's more ultra beliefs, I can't agree with (or even understand).

Now this got me thinking, in the interests of balance, who should also be invited to guest edit? If his health would sustain it, I'd personally love to see Oliver Walston stir it up

Please nobody post John Craven as I don't want to hit my lovely new laptop

Someone 'sensible', progressive, good at communicating?
We all have a neighbour who would qualify, but how many would want to do it?
And how many nationally known working farmers are there?
Yes Oliver Walston would probably be my first choice too, but how about.. David Richardson? Or Charlie Flindt? Fordyce Maxwell?

HRH tends to do as I think not as i do. If he only ran his Estate as he would lead you to believe it would be good but times have changed and the yellow trouser brigade are now in control.
